Saskatchewan Fashion Weekend
Saskatchewan Fashion Weekend (SFW) is taking place on September 29, 30 and October 1, 2023. All housed under a new venue, the premier Midtown Shopping Centre in downtown Saskatoon. The weekend will be jam packed with education, art and amazing fashion from Saskatchewan designers, artists, and boutiques. Presented by Saskatchewan Fashion Association, Jack Millikin Centre, and Midtown Shopping Centre. SFW has built an opportunity for designers, boutiques, makers, photographers, visual artists, and more to come together and have a platform to thrive. New this year, the event will run over three days. The weekend consists of a conference, a three day marketplace in The Studio in Midtown, IN FASHION presented by Midtown Shopping Centre, Jack Millikin Centre Saskatchewan Wearable Art Gala, and a high-end Saskatchewan Fashion Association Runway Collection Show.
Producing an opportunity for designers, boutiques, makers, photographers, visual artists, and more to come together and have a platform to thrive. Now showcasing 30 designers and artists per year from not only Saskatoon but from all of Saskatchewan and around Canada. This year SFA & JMC are partnering with Midtown Shopping Centre in
order to bring new programming to the weekend festival as well as a larger venue! The event brings in upwards of 300+ people per day with over 200 fashion industry professionals involved. With the partnership with Midtown Shopping Centre, whose average foot traffic is 10,000+, SFA & JMC are humbled at the extended exposure to Saskatchewan artists.
